COACHING SESSION

with any coaching arrangement, we begin with discovering your
goals, what is not working, what is working and what is missing
in your life. Once we have a direction, I begin assisting
you energetically in clearing the limitations. As strange
as it may sound and I know it does we can actually
remove energetic and psycho/physiological restrictions during
a phone session. What once was a hurdle can now just be a
speed bump. Releasing energy that prevents a person from moving
through a step towards a goal expedites achieving the goal.
Once the movement is created, then I support you in the completion
of your goal. If another hurdle presents itself, we clear
it. As the momentum increases, the need for my services decreases.
As your passion and focus return, you step into being your
own coach. My job is done.

The entire
coaching relationship is a co-creation among you, your Spirit
and me. You hire me, I work for you, and you are in charge
of the relationship. Like any good coach, I will see in you
what is possible, and I will push you. I will support the
parts of you that you are developing and hold accountable
the parts that you are mastering.
There
is no contract. We go one session at time. I do request that
after the first session you commit to three sessions so that
we can acquire a certain order of change to evaluate the efficacy
of our work.
If you
have an interest, I suggest we try one session where we explore
your needs and my ability to assist them. For some people,
just the first session creates the desired direction and focus.
We may do a session anywhere from once a week to once a month
for five, ten or more sessions. Inevitably, we will reach
a plateau where we both see sustainable success. We will then
discontinue working together on a regular basis.
My goal
is to get a client to a place where he or she does not need
me as quickly as possible and with as much grace and
ease as possible. On a long-term basis when the first set
of goals is achieved, deeper goals are often revealed. Much
like beginning a great meal, satisfying an initial craving
only reveals a deeper hunger. This deeper hunger can be addressed
in additional work if you like.
